The team at London Sports Orthopaedics has set up a carefully structured  course targeted at General Practitioners, specifically designed to cover the most common and most important musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions likely to be encountered in General Practice. This course is fully accredited by the Personalised Care Institute.

The aim of this course is to provide GPs with an excellent educational  experience in the diagnosis and management of MSK conditions, including honing their clinical examination skills, with an emphasis on those conditions most likely to be seen regularly in clinical practice. The course will also give participants a better understanding of MSK ‘red flags’ to be aware of, and give greater confidence in deciding which patients might need further investigation or onward referral.

The course leader is Dr Simon Paul, who is a highly experienced Consultant Rheumatologist with a specialist interest in Sports Injuries and complex MSK conditions.

each session, and participants will also be provided with additional references allowing for further, more in-depth
