Over the last weekend I managed to swim one kilometre in the salt water lagoon, then run the five kilometres home. The next day I rode sixty kilometres around the island, and in two weeks I will take part an Olympic distance triathlon, my last one was over four years ago.

Today my friends and I have planned a trip to ride the hardest one day sportive (bike tour) in Europe, known as the Marmotte.

I just wanted to to say thanks to Mr Atkinson.  All of the above has been possible because of the work you and your team performed on my hip one year ago on the 17th October 2020.
