Ian McDermott hosts orthopaedic colleague from Latvia

On Monday and Tuesday of last week London Sports Orthopaedics and London Bridge Hospital hosted Dr Edgars Ginevics, Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics, Riga Trauma and Orthopedic Hospital, Latvia as part of the Vivostat Centre of Excellence surgical visitation program at London Bridge Hospital.

Edgars had a tour of the hospital followed by some lectures about LSO’s use of Vivostat PRF biological glue in knee surgery, and then joined Ian McDermott in theatre to observe two specialist knee cases.
